Surviving Project Management: The Fundamentals of Managing Projects

Inspired by the television show Survivor, “Surviving Project Management: The Fundamentals of Managing Projects” is an interactive and hands-on learning event developed and facilitated by practicing project managers. You and your peers will work through interactive project scenarios and practice skills that have been proven effective in the real world.

You will also learn:

  • Core project management concepts
  • How to work in a team-based project environment
  • Techniques and tools for effective project management
  • How to manage expectations on project work, and
  • How to improve your project delivery

This course includes a workbook, digital project management templates, handouts, a certificate for PDU/CEU credits (21), and all meals and snacks.
