Time Management for the Time-Challenged

Are you managing your time, or is it managing you? The average employee spends 11 minutes on a task before encountering a distraction—and for those who are adjusting to remote work, the situation may be even worse. With so many responsibilities, interruptions, and stress, it’s easy to find yourself feeling disorganized and unfocused, suffering from burnout, overlooking details, and missing deadlines.

While the average “time management” course focuses on squeezing more activity into a single day, this virtual learning experience takes a different approach. We’ll teach you to identify the activities that add the most value to your organization and career–while ruthlessly outsourcing, delegating, or cutting the rest.

Our Training Commitment to You

We are confident you’ll love our virtual learning experiences! Just like a physical classroom, you’ll see and speak to your instructor, participate in discussions and small group activities, and follow along in a writable PDF workbook so you can take notes and reference them later. Your instructor will also be available to you before, during, and after the course to answer questions, PLUS you’ll get access to electronic copies of all the tools or documents we talk about in the class.

The Persimmon Group uses Zoom for all learning events, with multiple security protocols in place to ensure a safe and private event. Zoom not only provides the most interactive features for our classes, but it also allows you to participate on the web (without downloading additional software) if desired.

Time Management is a topic everyone knows is important but ironically people seldom prioritize the time needed to learn how to be effective. This class provides thoughtful, material and immediate take always. I know I will be a more effective time manager long term, but also today.

- Maggie H.

Very informative class that lends itself to "real time" situations and ideas to combat problems.

- Jennifer Z.

I'm so excited to take the principles I learned about focus and setting boundaries back to my team. I think they will benefit us and help us be more productive as a department.

- Sarah B.
