As tempting as it is to avoid them, the consequences of conflict avoidance can be devastating to individual relationships and organizational culture.

This targeted microlearning session will equip you to do just that, giving you tools to navigate your toughest conversations, both in-person and online. You will learn how to:

  • Give and receive critical feedback

Cindy Harp is a sought-after executive coach whose passion is working with leaders and leadership teams to generate better business performance through culture-building. In addition to her coaching work, Cindy is a practicing executive herself, serving as Vice President of Advisory Services at The Persimmon Group, a management consulting organization based in the Midwest. Cindy has served as COO for multiple private and non-profit organizations and, a Senior Advisor for Investor Relations of a Fortune 500 company.
