Engaging, Motivating and Developing Your Employees

This course provides participants with strategies to improve employee engagement by exploring three key themes: innovative ways to recognize, reward, and motivate employees.

Business cases and real-world examples are incorporated to offer participants a variety of employee engagement ideas that have successfully worked with other organizations. In addition, they will discuss why people become disconnected and identify techniques for transforming and motivating disengaged employees. This class offers approaches for further developing high-performers and tips for maintaining an engaged workforce.
