Decision-Making in a Complex Environment: How to Lead Through Uncertainty

How does a leader today balance ever-changing needs and priorities while achieving true value for an organization? Change is happening faster than ever before. The decisions you make today may not be the right ones for tomorrow. This half-day session will teach leaders high-impact PowerPlays™ for decision-making—repeatable techniques or strategies that can be applied and adapted to help you and your team prepare for and navigate your toughest, most complex challenges.

In this half-day live virtual session, mid-level and experienced leaders will learn how to:

  • Plan for uncertainty, so you’re ready for anything
  • Make confident decisions when everything is changing
  • Effectively leverage your team to make the best decisions
  • Craft guidance to coach your team to better decision-making
  • Build self-awareness as a leader so you can make better decisions

Our Training Commitment to You

We are confident you’ll love our virtual learning experiences! Just like a physical classroom, you’ll see and speak to your instructor, participate in discussions and small group activities, and follow along in a writable PDF workbook so you can take notes and reference them later. Your instructor will also be available to you before, during, and after the course to answer questions, PLUS you’ll get access to electronic copies of all the tools or documents we talk about in the class.

The Persimmon Group uses Zoom for all learning events, with multiple security protocols in place to ensure a safe and private event. Zoom not only provides the most interactive features for our classes, but it also allows you to participate on the web (without downloading additional software) if desired.
