Is Agile Project Management right for you? This introductory Agile Project Management course offers coverage of iterative-incremental (agile) project management and provides a high-level comparison between Agile project management and other project management methodologies, i.e., Waterfall. Course participants will learn how Agile project management connects to project management core elements, and they will gain popular Agile project management techniques and best practices. In addition, participants will understand how to create and scale blended Agile teams, while assessing the advantages and disadvantages of implementing Agile project management concepts.
